Indicia reveals Evolving acquisition deal

Customer engagement agency Indicia has announced the acquisition of Bedford and London-based digital agency Evolving.

Specialising in web, email, search, social media and mobile marketing, Evolving boasts digital and real-time campaign delivery capability with clients such as Landmark, David Lloyd Leisure, T.G.I Friday’s, JD Wetherspoons, YO! Sushi and ASK Italian.

Indicia managing director Ian Stockley commented: “This is an exciting time in the development of Indicia and together we will look to create dynamic customer campaigns which build brand equity and a consistent customer experience across all channels that is both relevant and rewarding.”

Of the acquisition, Rob Mustoe, managing director of Evolving added: “Indicia is a brilliant fit for us, both strategically and operationally.
