Shillington College design graduates unveil Sell Yourself exhibition

Design graduates from Shillington College have today unveiled an exhibition entitled Sell Yourself, which aims to showcase their work and pitch their portfolios to the design industry.

Taking place in London and Manchester, each student has designed a poster that showcases their talent and style with the theme ‘Sell Yourself’.

Shillington graduate Ross McKay was hired by Ear to the Ground following his graduation show.

Kate Lester, Ear to the Ground graphic designer, said: "I came down to the grad show with the intention of finding a junior designer. I took the details of the portfolios that stood out and then did a handful of interviews and that's how we found Ross. What stands out most about Shillington graduates, is their ability to work to a high standard on 'real time' briefs. This prepares them well for working in a fast paced environment."
