BT hands five year contract to Communisis to produce customer communications
BT has awarded a five-year-contract to Communisis to produce all of its customer communications and billing notices.
The agency has announced the five-year-contract, which will begin in December and serviced through the company’s transactions centre in Liverpool.
Andy Blundell, chief executive of Communisis, commented: "We are delighted to be entering a strategically important new relationship with BT. This provides further evidence of the attraction of the Group's market-leading propositions in the application of high-speed colour digital technology for transactional communications."

The company has previously been working with BT for a number of years on shareholder communications.
