Kenwood has announced the launch of its Christmas ad campaign, introducing Video on Demand (VoD) for the first time as well as a print campaign by Graphics Workshop.

The campaign is set to run through December, promoting home wares in the run up to Christmas, with the Kenwood Chef, kMix Stand Mixer and Triblade Hand Blender all being promoted.

The VoD clip is a cut down version of a previous ad for Kenwood.

Penny Jones, Kenwood brand manager, said: “With a combination of new advertising creatives, tailored advertorials and broadcast spots, we are connecting and engaging with our core foodie audience in an exciting way.

“Through the messaging and visuals we hope to inspire and educate food and cooking enthusiasts to seek out Kenwood kitchen appliances for Christmas – either as a personal purchase or as a gift, helping to drive sales in the category.”

The campaign will act as a parallel with Kenwood’s sponsorship deal with Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch programme, which runs until Easter.
