Capita appoints PCD to pension brief

Capita, which looks after 1.6 million teachers in over 4,000 schools and colleges, has appointed direct marketing agency PCD to handle its pension brief.

The campaign will use data modelling to create a widespread customer relationship management campaign targeting both teachers and employers, both online and offline.

Emma Cripps, marketing manager of Capita, said: “PCD showed great insight into our members journey and their approach to developing well considered and researched creative really impressed.”

Steve Moncrieff, director of strategy, added: “Our approach to audience segmentation and driving real insight from the data means that our creative pulls harder to deliver great results.”
