Media and digital communications group, Aegis, has announced the acquisition of Irokeesi Oy (“Irokessi”), an experimental marketing agency based in Finland.
Irokessi works with leading brand owners, advertising and media agencies and initiates and develops experiential concepts to support its clients’ marketing and public relations campaigns. Since its inception in 2006 the agency has built an impressive roster of international clients including Kelloggs, Nestle, Lego, L’Oreal and Coca-Cola. As of 31 December 2011 its assets stood at €0.9 million.
The takeover will boost Aegis Media’s product portfolio in the Finnish market, significantly strengthening Posterscope Finland’s operations.
