Aquarium brand Sea Life has appointed McCann Bristol to deliver a global TV campaign.

McCann's brief is to create a TV ad that can be adapted and rolled out across key markets including the UK, Germany and Australia. Owned by Merlin Entertainments, Sea Life operates 44 aquariums in 17 countries.

The McCann Bristol team is working on the task with colleagues at McCann Sydney as the ad will be first aired to relaunch the Sydney Aquarium in September.

Andy Reid, McCann Bristol's managing director, said: "The campaign, which has been developed to create the ‘sense of wonder and amazement’, will encourage children and adults alike to immerse themselves in a fantastical world.

"It will also educate visitors about Sea Life's work to conserve the oceans and how everyone can get involved."
