Edinburgh Napier University has released two tenders: one for digital marketing, film production, graphic design and art working services; and another for international marketing, public relations and public affairs services.

The first tender will see suppliers working with the university’s in-house marketing team, and has been broken down into ten lots, covering areas such as undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment marketing; UK business-to-business marketing; celebrating the university’s 50th anniversary as an institution in 2014; and internal communications.

The second tender will cover marketing and communications campaigns in Hong Kong, India, Singapore and North America and includes five separate lots.

Leanne Mabberley, assistant director for marketing and communications at Edinburgh Napier University, said: “Successfully raising our profile in our key markets, both here in the UK and overseas, is vital for the university’s student recruitment ambitions.

“We are an ambitious university, with a strong international presence, and are currently planning for a number of major projects both at home and abroad.

“The scope and size of that workload means we are now looking to bring in the right external consultants and agencies that will be able to support our in-house team and deliver first-class services.”

The deadline for both four-year contracts is 14 September.
