Nursery brand and retailer Mamas & Papas has announced that it has partnered with live expert advice service Greatvine, to help transform its site into an online parenting hub.

Launching in autumn, the partnership will see specialist advice articles and Q&A features from Greatvine’s parenting experts published on the Mamas & Papas site, as well as videos of the experts sharing their ‘top tips’ on topics including childbirth, breastfeeding, baby sleep, and weaning.

Rob Jennings, ecommerce director at Mamas & Papas, said: “Mamas & Papas are thrilled to be partnering with Greatvine, who offer unrivalled expert advice to parents and parents-to-be througout the UK. We know from listening to our customers that in today’s social and economic climate, customers are looking for thoughtfully designed and innovative products and as well as this they are also seeking advice, reassurance and support throughout their baby journey. Our new partnership with Greatvine allows customers easy access to this advice and support network, and forms part of our ongoing strategy ‘to be at the heart of parenting.”

The site will also allow users to be able to contact the experts in order to receive personalised advice.

David Kelnar, founder and CEO of Greatvine, added: “We are thrilled to be working together with Mamas & Papas to give their customers easy access to the specialist help and support of Greatvine’s experts. Greatvine and Mamas & Papas both place a strong emphasis on delivering quality goods and services, and we are very much looking forward to launching this partnership.”
