Kittitian Hill, a sustainable luxury resort on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts, has appointed Calling Brands to help create its brand strategy.

The agency will be expected to advise on the development of the resort’s brand proposition, creating a brand strategy and visual identity to be implemented and incorporated across all sales and marketing channels.

Dan Rowe, creative director at Calling Brands, said: “Our challenge is to establish a proposition for Kittitian Hill that does not conform to the Caribbean resort or eco-holiday stereotypes, but communicates the harmony between culture, society, economy and environment that Kittitian Hill has achieved. We are developing the story behind these principles into a single narrative, positioning Kittitian Hill as a one-of-a-kind cultural and community hub in the Caribbean – one that we can’t wait to introduce to the rest of world.”

Valmiki Kempadoo, property developer at Kittitian Hill, said: “I asked Calling Brands to help me share my story and to ultimately launch the Kittitian Hill legacy, which is rooted in the principle that the long-term sustainable development of the Caribbean region requires innovative business models to address many of the area’s real regional and human development requirements. I am impressed at how seamlessly Calling Brands has been able to adopt and become at one with this philosophy.”
