River has launched its first issue of Life & Living for McCarthy & Stone Retirement Lifestyles.
The spring issue of the quarterly Life & Living will be mailed out to 160,000 current and prospective residents of retirement home builder McCarthy & Stone, while a further 25,000 will be distributed via properties, trade fairs and events.
River took the contract in January to publish the magazine for a year, with the chance of extension for three years.
