Blue Rubicon launches new consumer brand agency: Surname & Surname

Blue Rubicon has launched a new consumer brand agency, Surname & Surname, with DFS as its first client.

The new agency will be led by associate directors Lotte Jones and Kev O'Sullivan, and begins with six full-time employees, although it is expected to grow.

Jones said: "Having listened to a wide range of marketing directors and brand managers talk about their perceptions of the industry, it's clear that many are crying out for a new standard in brand PR.

"Whether marketing a product, person or place, Surname & Surname aims to meet that need through big, single-minded, public moments that have a measureable impact on brands.”

O'Sullivan added: "We put our clients' audiences first in everything we do. We are dogged in developing creative campaigns that really resonate with the people our clients are trying to reach. In fact, we often invite these very people to create ideas with us right from the start.

This follows Blue Rubicon launching Thirty Six Strategy last month.
