Home maintenance company Job Worth Doing has appointed Mere PR as it looks to raise its profile across the UK.

Job Worth Doing is a nationwide network of over 1000 trades professionals who undertake projects from putting up shelves and replacing light fittings to decorating, plastering and plumbing jobs.

Cheshire-based Mere has been tasked with promoting the company’s services to homeowners through a media relations campaign as well as setting up partnerships and charity initiatives.

The agency will also look to raise the profile of the company to potential new affiliates across a range of industry sectors. Job Worth Doing currently has affiliate relationships with Tesco and Seddon Construction.

Mere director Victoria Maltby said: "Job Worth Doing is a brand with so much potential, we can’t wait to get started and get the message out there.

"Everybody has a story about a tradesman letting them down, so there is a great story to tell with Job Worth Doing and restoring peoples’ faith in trades professionals."
