Publicis Group acquires Flip Media

French based Publicis Group has today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Dubai based digital agency Flip Media.

The move will see the agency merged with Leo Burnett Worldwide, augmenting the parent with Flip’s expertise in digital strategy, technology, design and production.

Tom Bernardin, CEO of Leo Burnett Worldwide said: “Flip Media is a strategic and cultural fit for our company, and we believe its service offering of digital strategy, design, production and content delivery will be a perfect complement to the incredibly strong digital presence we have built across the region.
