Bloomberg launches first Markets magazine spin off: Bloomberg Pursuits

Bloomberg has announced that it is launching its first spin off for Bloomberg Markets magazine, which is also the first luxury title, this week.

Bloomberg Pursuits will profile the expensive lifestyles of its own readers, looking at clothes, boats, cars, and homes.

The biannual magazine will be released this week along with the March 2012 issue of Bloomberg Markets, and contains 46 editorial pages and 30 advertising pages with adverters including Hermes, Chanel and Ferrari.

Vince Bielski, Bloomberg Markets' senior editor, oversees the editorial and said: “The stories are there to be told. Bloomberg Markets stories contain fascinating bits and pieces of our readers’ lifestyles. We saw a great editorial opportunity to capture these daring, risk-taking individuals who we found bring the same intensity to their personal lives that they bring to financial markets.”
