Advertising technology company Collective has appointed Nathan Tait-Hill as product director and David Morrow as communications manager.

Tait-Hill joins from online advertising software provider Kenshoo where he held the role of client services director. He will work to ensure Collective continues to offer industry-leading advertising technology to clients.

David Morrow joins from Virgin Media-owned ids, the advertising sales house, where he held the same role.

He will be responsible for developing an integrated communications plan to raise Collective’s company profile.

Steven Filler, UK MD at Collective, said: “Collective will launch new products and appoint more senior staff in 2012 as part of its continued growth in the UK.

“Our product suite and data capabilities place us in a unique position to be able to provide high impact, personalised experiences across pre-roll and display. These new hires, combined with additional expertise we are recruiting on the creative and technical side of the business will allow us to deliver campaigns that provide impact, creativity and effectiveness.”
