'Super Reed' chosen as winning entry for Reed advertising competition
An advertising campaign released for recruitment firm reed.co.uk has been released, chosen through a public vote featuring adverts created by six up-and-coming film directors.
The ‘Who’s Hired? You decide’ competition shortlisted six 30 second adverts, which then faced a public vote, the winner of which went to air last night (Sunday) during ITV’s Dancing on Ice.
The winning concept ‘Super Reed’ came from a meeting with the company’s founder James Reed following this year’s theme of ‘The Boss’.
The winning team will pick up a prize of £10,000 and the opportunity to work on future commercials with the company.
The company worked with digital agency Steel to create online assets and manage social media for the competition, while Golley Slater was retained for digital planning. Contagious Content and TCS Media/Media Odyssey were involved in creating and planning TV and offline support.
