Czech marketing agency Know How Solutions has become the first eastern European company to gain recognition by the Recommended Agency Register (RAR).

The RAR is a UK-based service which has over 800 recommended agencies available to search, with the aim of helping potential clients find which agency can best fill its needs. At least three clients have to rate the agency highly on areas such as creativity, client service, strategic ability, professionalism, ability to deliver on time and on budget and value for money in order for it to be allowed on to the Recommended Agency Register.

Jiri Maly, CEO of Know How Solutions, said: “Know How is very pleased to have had excellent feedback from clients which exceeded the quality threshold of RAR. This gives us a way of distinguishing ourselves from our competitors.”

Diane Young, director of RAR, told The Drum: “We have quite a few agencies based in the UK with offices in other parts of the world but this is the first agency headquartered in Eastern Europe to complete the recommendation process. Since we have worked with several clients with international interests such as Highland Spring, Newell Rubbermaid, Stihl, Whyte & Mackay and Harley Davidson, the more agencies we have in overseas markets, the better a service we can provide to clients using RAR to find their agencies.”
