MiNetwork is to kick off the New Year by hosting a free new business development webinar so that agencies across the UK can ensure that their new business development strategy is in the best shape possible for the year ahead.

The one-hour interactive new business webinar will be hosted by new business specialist Trevor Flannery, who has worked with many marketing services agencies in the past and now works as a new business consultant for agencies based across the UK. He recently signed up as a MiNetwork advisor to members and also offers a free and bespoke New Business Audit service to all MiNetwork members, during which he assesses an agency's new business positioning and strategy and makes recommendations on improving results.

January's webinar will focus on the new business development journey and cover the following areas:
