ACDC Lighting Systems appoints Studio North for brand repositioning

ACDC Lighting Systems has appointed Studio North to create, develop and launch its brand repositioning.

The next few months will see a complete re-evaluation of the company’s brand positioning by the agency, encompassing a full website redesign as well as all offline marketing collateral.

Simon Calderbank, business development director at Studio North, said: “This project will see us enter a new sector which is a challenge the whole team is ready for. The project is more than just designing a new identity, it's about capturing the essence of the brand and packaging it up and telling the world about it.”

The new positioning will be launched at lighting and intelligent building expo Light+Building, which takes place in Frankfurt in April next year.

Gareth Frankland, CEO of ACDC Lighting Systems, said: “We were bowled over by Studio North’s hunger, desire, creativity, technical expertise and of course their Northern warmth and they got us like none of the other agencies did. The next few months will be an exciting time and we can’t wait for everything to be launched.”
