Topman launches digital magazine

Retailer Topman is to enter the world of publishing. Its new digital magazine, Topman Generation, launches today with a double edition.

Designed by M&C Saatchi, Topman Generation will be accessible via a link on the Topman website so no app needs to be downloaded. Former Dazed Digital editor is in charge of content.

Pitched as a fashion mag with occasional forays into film, music, sport and art, items of clothing worn in the photo features will be linked and available for immediate purchase.

“The magazine is the perfect vehicle for us to actively engage with our customer,” says Gordon Richardson, Topman Design Director. “Fusing all aspects of modern culture into an indispensable monthly showcase Topman Generation launches Topman into a new era.”

The first edition features interviews with Yoko Ono, Kirstin Dunst and the Jesus and Mary Chain.
