New director at marketing agency de Winter
Chester marketing agency de Winter has appointed Dianne Parrish as director.

Parrish, who was previously senior account director at Rowan Marketing, will be responsible for "spearheading the agency's strategic growth programme".
She said: "I look forward to working with the existing team to form a cohesive, fully integrated marketing and public relations strategy which will enable us to ensure that our clients flourish in these very demanding times."
