A cross-platform campaign for Sky Movies, led by a 90-second TV and cinema advert, rolls out this week.

Created by WCRS&Co and directed by Ivan Bird, the TV advert will feature a range of movies that will be broadcast on Sky Movies over the Christmas period.

Supporting the TV ad will be outdoor, press and online activity.

Naomi Gibney, director of marketing and communications for Sky Networks, commented: "Movies are often at the heart of a family’s Christmas and this campaign captures our passion for delivering our customers the best movies and complete flexibility over where and when they enjoy them. Sky Movies is committed to providing the best in-home movie experience available, which means focusing on great movies and ground-breaking innovations like 3D, HD, video on demand and Sky Go. This creatively ambitious campaign has involved close collaboration with our studio partners to create a fantastic piece of work that perfectly demonstrates the quality of the movies we offer.”

MediaCom was the media planner and buyer for the campaign.
