Australian tool company OX Group has appointed The Big Story to handle a strategic rebrand and positioning project.

The appointment follows the agency’s recent work with Acorne PLC’s brand portfolio, including Virgin Experience Days, Leisure Vouchers, Virgin Vouchers and Exhilaration, and will aim to develop the company’s aggressive expansion beyond its current presence in UK, France, Australia, New Zealand and the US, and grow international regocnition.

Lee Hazell, Director, OX Group commented: “Our search for the right agency has taken us round the globe from Sydney to London, looking for a long-term strategic partner to work alongside our team as we grow our business internationally. As a no-nonsense, hard working and straight talking brand, we were looking for like minded people to support the global vision for OX Group. The Big Story met our requirement by demonstrating ‘big agency’ credentials and expertise in our sector, combined with a fresh, straightforward approach to strategic brand and communications consultancy.”

Jon Dunbar, director, The Big Story added: “OX is embarking on a rapid global growth strategy which we are delighted to support and drive forward. It’s a crowded market, but with our collective insight and appreciation of the challenges OX face, The Big Story is well placed to deliver against this exciting brief.”
