UK law firm Walker Morris has a new graduate website, created by Numiko.

The website forms part of the law firm’s brand refresh and development of a new graduate recruitment campaign by Thompson Brand Partners.

The website aims to guide prospective graduates to find out what is individual about the firm, with video case studies to highlight the types of clients they could be working with. It was developed using Drupal CMS to enable easy editing of content, integration of video content which is an integrated part of the user journey, and social media integration such as Twitter and LinkedIn.

Emma Harvey, Numiko’s managing director, said: “We always enjoy working with Thompson and it’s great to be able to bring our expertise in understanding how people use the web to ensure that the Walker Morris brand is fully realised in the new Graduate website, not only in the way it looks but in the way it functions and feels to use.”

Nick Ramshaw, Thompson Brand Partner’s managing director, added: “This is our first piece of work with Walker Morris, and forms part of a wider recruitment campaign aimed at attracting a higher calibre of trainee application. To achieve this, it was very important to fully understand the customer journey and how the site would be used, which the team at Numiko has helped us achieve quickly and efficiently. The new site has gone down well already and we are confident it will result in significantly more high quality applications for the next intake.”
