Bupa appoints MEC to media account
Bupa has appointed MEC to handle its media planning and buying business in the UK.
It is the first time the health insurance company has consolidated all of its media needs into one agency.
Martin George, Bupa's MD, group development, said: "We have appointed MEC to handle Bupa’s media planning and buying in the UK with immediate effect. For the first time, Bupa Health and Wellbeing, Bupa Care Services, Bupa International and Bupa Group will use one single media planning and buying agency enabling us to have a more integrated approach.
“MEC demonstrated both clear strategic thinking and creativity which we believe will help us to deliver a better and more joined-up customer experience.”
