Kitcatt Nohr Digitas appointed as Nationwide's DM agency

Nationwide Building Society has appointed Kitcatt Nohr Digitas as its direct marketing agency.

The appointment will see the London agency tasked with creating a direct marketing programme which will support its product and service range, and see it also briefed with helping the brand better understand its customers and aim to improve its segmentation targeting.

Kitcatt Nohr Digitas will work with lead agency 18 Feet and Rising to translate the Nationwide brand and tone of voice into direct marketing activity which will include direct mail, eCRM, SMS inserts, direct response press and scripts for brand and call-centre staff.

Andy McQueen, marketing director for Nationwide, explained: “We took the decision to appoint Kitcatt Nohr Digitas based on its combination of strategic and creative thinking, and results driven culture. We are confident this partnership will help us to transform our overall DM approach and ensure the successful bringing to life of ‘On Your Side’ in these key channels.”
