Pizza Express introduces new logo in rebrand
Pizza Express has introduced a new black and white logo following its ‘Living Lab’ last year.
The logo is inspired by when founder Peter Boizot visited Italy, where he saw pizzaiolos dressed in striped shirts tossing pizza dough high into the air.
The changes occurred yesterday, with the restaurants closing early on 5 September, at 8.30pm, in order to start putting the changes in place.
Pizza Express introduced the changes with a message on Facebook: “When you step through the doors of PizzaExpress today will notice some changes. An updated menu, cool new design details and a different atmosphere.”
