Newcastle United unveils new strip: club-branded lingerie
Newcastle United has taken the wraps off its latest branded clothing line - a special range of black and white lingerie adorned with the club's logo.
Premier League sides are known to stick their names to all manner of weird and wonderful merchandise, but as brand extensions go we can't imagine too many club shops stock "bras, briefs, French knickers, stockings, suspender belts and camisoles in a variety of sizes".
The Geordie faithful haven't had it this good up front since the days of Alan Shearer.
Newcastle United head of retail Stuart Middlemiss said: "This is something which a lot of other clubs have been exploring and we are keen to see how Newcastle fans take to the club-branded lingerie."
