Leathams appoints Public for B2B PR

Leathams has appointed Public to handle its business to business PR.

For the past three years, Public has handled the consumer public relations for Merchant Gourmet, one of Leathams’ retail brands.

Kirsten Howells, Public’s head of PR, said: “We presented a comprehensive B2B PR plan to the sales & marketing team at Leathams in London and were consequently invited to attend their national sales conference.

“This gave us a unique opportunity to discuss our ideas in an open forum and engage the senior team at Leathams in a B2B PR campaign with the aim of growing the business at its heart.

“We’ll be using both offline and online media as well as social media sites Twitter and LinkedIn to put Leathams and its divisions, Foodservice, Ingredients and Grocery Retail, into the limelight.”
