Publicis Group has announced a growth in revenue for the second quarter o this year tof 2.7%.

The group, headquartered in Paris, has said that the 2.7% rise brought its sales to €1.41 billion for the second quarter of 2011 and that it is on track to reach its full-year target having ‘exceeded forecasts’ according to chief executive Maurice Levy.

The first half of 2011 saw Publicis record an increase in net income to €231 million while revenue rose 6.3% to €2.70 billion.
