White goods brand Haier is launching a four month advertising campaign this month in order to raise brand awareness in the UK.

The print advertising campaign (left) will focus on the MyZone product, which provides an individually-cooled compartment that can be used as a fridge or freezer space, depended on what is needed.

The adverts will be featured in lifestyle magazines and newspaper supplements, such as Ideal Home, The Times, BBC Good Food, Country Living and Homes & Gardens. A Facebook fan page has also been set up, which will hold competitions.

Jeff Moody, sales & marketing director for Haier UK, said:“Haier has chosen to use MPG Media Contacts to undertake the media planning and buying for this advertising campaign, which will be run in parallel with its long-term PR efforts currently managed by Open2Europe.

“We are proud to be investing heavily in building our brand and hope to show both our trading partners and consumers that Haier has serious growth ambitions for the UK market and that the brand is here to stay.”
