Homeform Group, which this week has launched several marketing campaigns for its brands such as Kitchens Direct, Dolphin Bathrooms, Sharps Bathrooms and Moben Kitchens has called in the administrators.

The company, which only appointed its £12m marketing account to The Market Creative in February, looks set to appoint administrators, putting the jobs of around 1,200 people at risk.

A company statement said that it had filed notice with the courts with the intention of appointing an administrator but that the company remained under the control of its directors at present.

“The directors are close to securing a deal that will safeguard the future of the Sharps [Bedrooms] and Kitchen Direct businesses and have mandated advisers to seek a sale of the Moben and Dolphin brands,” the statement added.

Earlier this week the company launched marketing campaigns for each of its brands, with The Marketing Creative having developed fresh creative concepts for each.

The Market Creative said they had no comment to make on the situation at the time of writing.
