Sheff Utd signs up Front for season tickets push

Ad agency Front has created a season ticket campaign for Sheffield United Football Club.

The recently relegated Blades hired the Sheffield ad agency to drum up ticket sales ahead of their League One season getting underway in August.

Front's creative is based around the theme 'True Blades are at The Lane' and stresses that the best way to support the club is by being at the matches at Bramall Lane.

That message is being spread via direct mail, online media including the club's website, press ads and PR.

As part of the project Front revised United's brand guidelines for all its marketing activities.

The club's head of commercial, Steve Lewis, said: "SUFC is a huge brand with a loyal and dedicated fan base across the region and beyond. Therefore, we want to showcase our brand as being engaging and entertaining."
