Angry Birds to reach Facebook in April
Popular app game Angry Birds is set to run on Facebook from next month, with new features added to the new version.
The game is expected to launch on the social networking platform from April, with the pigs expected to play ‘a more prominent role, said Mikael Hed, CEO of Finnish development company Rovio.
In order to be one of the first to play the Facebook version of the game, fans are being asked to ‘Like’ the Facebook fan page of the game, with over 1 million having already done so.
Angry Birds is set to launch on Facebook to coincide with new CGI animated film Rio reaching screens in April.
