Principles Agency has created a new TV ad for children's clothing retailer Vertbaudet. Watch it here.

The 30-second DRTV ad is aimed at "affluent mums" with young children and is intended to drive sales of the clothes company's spring/summer range.

It is the second TV ad the Leeds agency has created for Vertbaudet having produced its UK TV debut in September.

Helen North, account director at Principles, said: "This latest TV ad continues to deliver the concept of ‘children being children’, depicting fun, freedom and the brand’s French heritage.

"It targets more affluent mums with young children primarily of pre-school age, who want to convey style and individuality through exclusive, quality children’s clothing.”

The ad is now airing on ITV Breakfast (formerly GMTV), ITV2, Fiver, Living, Cartoon Network, Boomerang and Disney XD.

Principles has worked with Vertbaudet since 2009, when it created seasonal direct marketing campaigns.
