NDubz singer set to sue Twitter
NDubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos has threatened to sue Twitter after the site allegedly refused to remove defamatory statements written about her.
Contostavlos requested that tweets accusing her of taking cocaine while pregnant and also accusing her of stealing her bandmate from his former girlfriend be removed from the site, and has tweeted herself to highlight the ‘abuse’ to her own followers.
The messages apparently ran for months before the full profile was removed. "I am in the process of taking legal action against twitter for not removing the page due to what they call freedom of speech...." said Contostavlos in one message.
