Facebook launches non-smartphone app
A mobile app has been launched by Facebook to make it move accessible on non-smart phones around the world.
The new Java based app runs on non-smart phones and aims to make Facebook more accessible to mobile phone users and is compatible with over 2,500 handsets including models from Nokia, Sony Ericsson and LG.
The app is also aiming to provide a better experience and will allow for data-free access on more than a dozen carriers for the first 90 days, following Facebook agreeing a deal with 14 mobile phone operators.
