Campbell's agrees deal with Symington's for new range launch

Iconic food brand Campbell’s is set to return having agreed a deal with Symington’s to launch a range of dry soups and pasta and rice meals.

The agreement will see Symingtons become responsible for product development an, production and distribution of the range, with Campbell’s remaining in control of the brand and marketing.

The products will include contemporary branded, inspired by the iconic red and white cans.

John Sechi, president of Campbell’s Greater Europe, commented: "We are excited to have Symington's as a partner in the UK market. They have strong customer relationships and share our heritage and commitment to producing top quality foods that delight consumers."

David Salkeld, chief executive of Symington’s added: "Campbell's is a great brand and one that is widely recognized in the UK. We're thrilled to be joining forces with Campbell to introduce this new range of products."
