Adrian Bentley, head of innovation at AND Partners has left the agency to set up his own company.

Just Good Ideas will aim to provide creative thinking for clients working in the charitable, social, ethical and faith sectors, although Bentley will also continue to work with AND Partners as a consultant, working with clients such as Manchester United, Church of England and Contour Housing.

Dougie Watt, group MD of And Partners, commented: “It’s a blow to lose Adrian on a full-time basis; he adds a unique dimension to our team - but we’re delighted to still be working with him going forward. Adrian’s passion lies in social enterprise and we’ve got no doubt that alongside producing some great creative work, Just Good Ideas will have a profound social impact by creating valuable training, mentoring and employment opportunities, too. We wish him every success in his new venture.”

Just Good Ideas will begin trading on 10 January.
