Burgess Pet Food appointment for Gratterpalm
Burgess Pet Care has appointed Gratterpalm to handle its integrated advertising.
The Leeds agency has been made responsible for the brand’s above-and-below-the line creative for its portfolio of pet food brands.
This will include two major campaigns for its key brands, Supadog and Excel, with a full calendar of projects set to run through out 2011, across TV, consumer, trade-press and in-store, overseen by marketing manager Naomi Chatterley.
Tom Muirhead, group account director at Gratterpalm, who led the competitive pitch, said: “We really wanted to get inside the minds of Burgess customers and consumers, which is why we utilised our viewing facility to run research to identify pet-related insights, as part of the pitch. We are very excited to be working with one of the UK’s leading producers of pet foods.”
