R.O.EYE promotes Iapino to managing director
Digital marketing agency R.O.EYE has promoted commercial director Nicky Iapino to the role of managing director.
She succeeds the agency's founder and majority shareholder Mark Kuhillow, who will now take on a strategic director position within the Manchester firm.
A further change sees Philip Hunt, a former non-executive member of the company, become its chairman.
The changes at the top coincide with R.O.EYE opening a London office in Camden, although its headquarters will remain in Manchester.
Iapino, a former AdLINK Europe managing director, said: "The business is getting bigger and we’ve grown significantly in recent months.
"Because of that we are in a position where we need to focus on people’s strengths to get structures and processes in place to ensure R.O.EYE’s growth in the long-term. We have ambitious plans."
