AD2ONE, the international digital sales house, has been appointed by Stardoll the largest online community for teen and tween girls, to sell its digital advertising inventory on a regional basis, with a focus towards the north of England and Scottish agencies.

AD2ONE’s Manchester office will lead the account and work begins immediately.

Stardoll, which attracts more than 15m unique visitors each month, 90% of whom are teen or tween girls, launched the UK operation in mid-2008. Stephen Molloy, Commercial Director, Stardoll Network commented: “Over the last 18 months, our digital sales team has been working strategically with brands to develop a more tailored approach, to meet their advertising requirements. We now have a clear focus to enhance our sales operation in the North and AD2ONE’s strength in the region as well as its ability to develop innovative and effective solutions makes it the right partner for Stardoll at this time.”

Cameran Harman, MD, AD2ONE UK added: “Stardoll offers advertisers a perfect platform to communicate with the younger female demographic. It has achieved a tremendous amount over the last 18 months through straight advertising sales and through content partnerships. We look forward to further developing the offering for advertisers in the North.
