A senior creative from now defunct Newcastle marketing agency bgroup has begun his own business, following the collapse of his employers earlier this month.

Rich Endean, who worked for bgroup as a creative for around eight years has begun his own venture, The Creative Agent.

Endean explained: "It is sad that a successful business was not able to survive the current tough economic climate, but I'm taking this as an opportunity to develop a business that meets the needs of business today. I believe that innovative, collaborative approaches to working, bringing together some of the best marketing talent, is a potentially very exciting way to work, benefiting both the client and consultants, which is why I've taken the decision to set up on my own."

Endean has always secured a number of projects and has already completed work for, and sponsored North Easy University’s Business Planning Competition, ‘Blueprint’.
