WalkinWiFi has appointed Oxfordshire-based agency, JJ Marketing, to handle the launch of its PR campaign.

The PR campaign aims to raise brand awareness amongst the leisure sector and encourage customer sign up.

Communication will focus predominately on the licensed trade, whilst an engaging consumer campaign will empower internet users to lobby for free WiFi at their local leisure outlets.

“We’re thrilled to be working with WalkinWiFi,” commented James Goddard, Chief Executive, JJ. “This is a really exciting opportunity to help establish and grow a brand. WalkinWiFi has a unique proposition for the leisure sector and the number of potential outlets is limitless.”

WalkinWiFi is an e-marketing tool for the leisure sector, providing the end users with free WiFi in exchange for opting in to receive offer based email and SMS messaging from their ‘home’ outlet. Meanwhile the easy to use system allows leisure outlets to grow and manage a database of customers by offering them free wireless internet.
