Fuse8 to rebrand and develop online presences for Terranova Corporation

Miami Beach based real estate developer Terranova Corporation has tasked fuse8 to develop its rebrand and online presence.

The brief will see the Leeds headquartered digital agency develop the Terranove Corporation branding and develop a highly optimised website for the company, offering a roles-based content management system, which will allow its staff to upload new property details, news and property briefings for the wider industry.

Kelliann McDonald, marketing and PR for Terranova, explained that the company’s chairman had been impressed by the work Fuse8 had done for millinerswharf when appointing the agency.

“The only constraint is that it must maintain a non-corporate, vibrant, Miami Beach feel, with orange as its primary colour used,” she added when explaining the brief further.

Nigel Hunter, fuse8’s recently appointed CEO, commented: “The guys from Miami are a pleasure to work with. We don’t see any really significant challenges in the work, as the team at fuse8 are becoming old hands at international Real Estate and property development projects. The understanding we have on consumer behaviour in this sector following the hugely successful Bom Successo project in Portugal last year helps us to create consistently fulfilling user experiences that rank highly in the Google organic search listings”

The site is due to go live in an aggressive stateside launch in November.
