SurgiCare, one of the UKs leading cosmetic and weight loss surgery providers, has appointed Manchester-based Creative Spark to become its new on and offline design agency, following a competitive pitch.

The branding and digital agency has hit the ground running with a complete redesign of the surgicare website which has just launched.

In addition to a revamped design the site has been given a fresh navigation system, with an emphasis on enhancing user experience and engagement with the brand. A bespoke content management system allows the site to be managed and updated on a daily basis by the SurgiCare marketing team.

Following its launch, the new site has experienced more visitors, with the time they spend on the site having doubled. Most significantly since the website went live, Surgicare has received the highest number of enquiries ever, with a 20% increase compared to July.

SurgiCare completed the acquisition of Harley Street-based PSP in May and will look to Creative Spark to help bring the two brands together.
