WFCA retained by Zip for Pan-European campaign
Following a four-way-pitch, fire lighter brand Zip has retained WFCA as its marketing agency which has been tasked to handle an impending through-the-line campaign.
WFCA has now been tasked to work with Zip on the development and implementation of ‘a consistent communication concept’ for the pan European campaign which will reach both consumers and trade media.
Marketing channels will include TV and press and are expected to roll out later this year.
Terry Coates, managing director of Standard Brands, owners of Zip, said; “Consumers are lighting more real fires and charcoal barbecues, and need reliable, quality products they can trust. This provides a fantastic opportunity to grow the Zip brand. WFCA’s impressive approach to integrating strategic, creative media thinking convinced us that they were the right agency to help us with this and we are looking forward to working with them.”
Meanwhile, WFCA are set to pitch to retain both its creative and media buying account with The Bath Store. Both accounts will be pitched for seperately.
