Martin Chapman Fromm, creative director of Mando has set up a new creative agency in Liverpool alongside Andy Wilkinson who was senior designer at Mando.

The two have launched Error, which will offer creative digital brand design and communication services, having left Mando last month.

Fromm explained: “Our aim is to develop a small outfit that builds long-term partnerships with wonderful clients. Clients who are interested in the skills we’ve acquired over the years to help evolve their brand through digital means and look for a bit of spark and imagination in the communications.”

Asked by The Drum what he hoped the agency would achieve, Fromm said; "I guess what we hope to achieve is a business that is sustainable for the rest of our lives. A business that is solely focused on allowing us to craft our work and have great times with clients, and not worried about taking over the world. If we get to 6-8 people, that'll be nice and tidy we think, no more than that."

It is understood that the company is already working on some digital projects, including the development of an iPhone app for a London restaurant chain.
