Young creates fresh French campaign for Sara Lee

Manchester agency Young has created a national French advertising campaign to promote Sara Lee's deodorant products.

The Manchester agency landed the job after being approached by France-based Zee Agency, which was impressed by Young's illustration site learnsomethingeveryday.co.uk.

The year-long campaign, to promote the Sanex, Monsavon and Williams brands, is running online and features illustrations and animations in a similar style to those on Learn Something Everyday.

Zee director Eric Garnier said: "We are amongst the very first fans of 'Learn Something Every Day'. We immediately thought of Young for this campaign; this choice ensured to bridge the gap between the seriousness of the subject and the funny treatment we wanted."
